This lyric is so poetic. Thus, it was so chanllenging to tranlate into English. Many Subjects and Objects are dropped intentionally. Even title "0+0" is impossible to tranlate. 0+0 sounds like 영영 which sounds like eternal in Korean. Thus, "the one who has nothing" + "the one who has nothing" equals "eternal." It looks like infinite also. So, it projected as eternal life, eternal rest, forever, etc. I hope this translation is understanable.
